5 Things You Can Do For Your Skin
- Get plenty of rest
- Drink water throughout the day to hydrate your skin from the inside out.
- Protect your skin from sun damage. Use a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with SPF values of 30 or higher regularly and as directed.
- Wash your face once in the morning and once at night with products recommended by your Facial Expert
- Moisturize regularly
