5 Things You Can Do For Your Skin

  1. Get plenty of rest
  2. Drink water throughout the day to hydrate your skin from the inside out.
  3. Protect your skin from sun damage. Use a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with SPF values of 30 or higher regularly and as directed.
  4. Wash your face once in the morning and once at night with products recommended by your Facial Expert
  5. Moisturize regularly
